Cal Water DI Service Policy
LA and Orange Counties
Normal Delivery
If a customer calls for a DI exchange before 3:30 PM on any weekday, he will receive his exchange the next day. If he calls after 3:30 PM the delivery may be made the day after.
Express Delivery
If a customer calls for a DI exchange before 5:30 AM on a weekday, and requests “Same day Service,” he will receive his exchange, that very day at no additional charge.
If a customer calls for a DI exchange after 3:30 PM, and requests “Next day Service,” he will receive his exchange, the next day at no additional charge.
If a customer calls for a DI exchange at any time and requests “Same day Service,” he will receive his exchange that day with an additional emergency delivery charge added, depending on the time of the call. The “E.D.” charge is based on the type of equipment and customer location.
